See project"The Rutgers iJOBS Program, funded by the National Institutes of Health, exposes life science PhD students and postdocs to a range of non-academic career options and empowers them to pursue their career goals.” The 2Actify Program was incorporated as a pilot into the iJOBS program and as a result of its success with the participants, was formally launched in early 2018." The program is ongoing with participants from Rutgers University, Stevens Institute of Technology and Princeton University.

The 2Actify Program is offered in the curriculum for Masters of Dietetics and Nutrition Grads that are preparing for their career. All students that have taken part in the program found a job within 2 months of graduation or prior to graduation. 2Actify has been offered to 3 graduating classes as part of the curriculum.
