Healthcare misinformation can be dangerous, relying on it can cause delayed care, poor healthcare decisions, increased absenteeism, and higher costs. Hacking HR explains why organizations should empower their workforce to better navigate the healthcare system and avoid misinformation. Solutions like WayFinding allow Members to #JustAskTranscarent and instantly get trusted healthcare and benefits information, expert guidance, and on-demand care.
ð Research shows that 71% of people use the internet when they need health-related information. This is partly because of a poor healthcare navigation experience. It can be hard for employees to know where to go to get trusted answers to their health and benefit questions. Healthcare and benefits documents are often lengthy and full of technical language, making them difficult to understand. In their search for clarification, people often turn to the internet or social media, which are riddled with misinformation. ð¨ Relying on misinformation can lead to delayed care, poor healthcare decisions, higher absenteeism and costs, and employee dissatisfaction. HR leaders must ensure employees can access trusted, expert guidance to make informed decisions about their healthcare. How can your organization help employees better navigate the healthcare system to avoid misinformation? 𧩠Provide them with one place to go for all their healthcare needs and questions. ð¤ Leverage a solution that includes AI-powered assistants and clinicians so people can âJust Askâ and get accurate, reliable answers at the moment of their need. ð Ensure employees have on-demand, 24/7 access to high-quality care and expert healthcare guidance anytime, anywhere. ⨠With Transcarent WayFinding, people can "Just Ask Transcarent" to get instant answers, personalized healthcare and benefits recommendations, access to expert healthcare guidance, and on-demand care whenever needed, all from the palm of their hand. ⨠Learn how WayFinding is creating the future of healthcare navigation: https://bit.ly/4fe5TUp #EmployeeBenefits #HRLeadership #HealthcareNavigation #AIinHR #BenefitManagement #JustAskTranscarent #OnePlaceForHealth #FutureOfHealthcare

Today, letâs each of us find a way to serve . . . whether it be a financial donation to a veteranâs service organization or volunteering your time to personally support our veterans and their families. We can all do something." Our CEO Glen Tullman reflects on the value of committing to an idea that's bigger than yourself.
