The Rosenbaum Family House invites you to join us for our Annual Wreath Decorating Contest! How to Participate: NOW - December 7th: Pick up a complimentary undecorated wreath at the Rosenbaum Family House front desk or the Transplant Office on the 1st floor of Ruby (across from Starbucks). December 8th or before: Return your decorated wreath to Rosenbaum Family House to be entered into the wreath decorating contest. December 16th: Auction online and at Ruby Memorial cafeteria 10am-2pm. The Top 3 wreaths will receive prizes, as voted on by the RFH Board of Advisors. (Note: Only wreaths from the RFH will be judged, but other wreaths are welcome for the auction.) This festive event supports the families staying with us, and we need your help to make it special! Prepare to race through the snow (or maybe just the chilly air) at the "Run Santa Run 5K" hosted by the Rosenbaum Family House! Join runners and walkers in supporting the Rosenbaum Family House by raising funds to offer a comforting place for patients and their families during medical journeys. Whether you're a seasoned runner or simply seeking some holiday joy, this event is suitable for all. Walk, jog, or sprint through an enjoyable 5K route while sharing the joy of giving. Add an extra touch of holiday spirit by dressing up as Santa, an elf, or your favorite holiday character. Early packet pick-up will be held at the Rosenbaum Family House on Saturday, December 14, 2024, from 3pm to 5pm, located at 30 Family Drive, Morgantown, West Virginia 26506. Don your Santa hat, lace up your running shoes, and come join us for a merry time!

The Rosenbaum Family House was honored as Arch Coal’s Noble Cause Award recipient for October. This award, part of a safety incentive program, allows miners to select a cause to support through donations. This month, the miners raised $5,820 in memory of Mike Gibson, a past guest of the Family House and a former Arch Coal employee. A heartfelt thank you to Arch Coal for their support, helping us continue providing essential care and comfort to families in need.

This year for #NationalHealthcareHospitalityWeek, help us celebrate by signing up to serve a meal for our guests! We have some openings in July available for meals for our guests, but we also need your help with August, September, and October. Meals save our families time and money!
