Dementia care for seniors, ready when you are
About us
Rippl is a new kind of mental health company focused on seniors and obsessed with its clinicians. Seniors with mental health challenges, especially neurocognitive conditions like Alzheimerâs disease and other dementias, are overlooked and under cared for, often without access to high quality, real-time, practical care. Leveraging a value-based approach, disruptive technology, and a relentless focus on empowering and enabling its clinicians, Rippl is pioneering a new care model to dramatically expand access to high quality, wraparound mental health care for seniors, their families, and caregivers. Rippl provides 24/7 support and personalized care when and where they need it. Founded by a group of impatient optimists and doers from the countryâs most iconic health care and consumer brands (who have all been caregivers themselves), and backed by visionary venture investors ARCH Venture Partners, General Catalyst, GV, F-Prime Capital and Mass General Brigham, Rippl is ready to take this urgent challenge head on. Our seniors deserve so much better. Join our movement at ripplcare.com.

A major health system partner recently told us its Medicare patients with dementia cost $31K annually, almost 2.5x a Medicare patient without dementia. A staggering number, but NOT a surprise. And, primarily the result of unnecessary ER visits and hospitalizations. This partner sees 98% of its dementia patients in the ER at some point every 18 months. Today, we proudly released the results of a Rippl/Kinto clinical trial that proves how quickly we can impact caregiver strain and confidence, both major factors driving patients to ERs and hospitals. We've always known the caregiver IS the fundamental unlock in delivering better clinical and cost outcomes for our patients. Today's results prove it. Read more below.

ð£ New Research Alert ð£ Hot off the presses! We just released results from the NIH SBIR grant-funded Randomized Controlled Trial of our virtual caregiver intervention - perfectly timed with National Family Caregiver Month. ð The highlights: ð¥ Gold standard of research - randomized controlled trial ðï¸ Significant measurable improvements in just 6 weeks of the intervention 𫶠Taking care of dementia caregivers improves patient outcomes ð Highly applicable outside research venues ð©ð» High impact, tech-enabled, virtual intervention - highly scalable ðâï¸ We took a big swing and nailed it! Positive results vs the control group across a wide-range of caregiver outcomes, including unmet needs, caregiver strains, mastery, financial confidence, and well-being! These great results join a growing body of research showing that providing expert dementia care to BOTH the person #LIVINGwithDementia AND their #caregiver improves outcomes and lowers costs. While we know this in our hearts it's wonderful to get irrefutable evidence that it's clinical proven to be true. Let's go!! Full report and more available at ripplcare.com/report.

ð§ Dementia often goes undetected â up to 61% of cases may be missed. Early detection is crucial, yet neurologist waitlists can be as long as 7 months, and 20 states are âdementia neurology desertsâ with few specialists available. But thereâs good news! Rippl and the Alzheimer's Association® are now offering FREE access to dementia care for those with traditional Medicare in Washington, Illinois, Missouri, Texas and more states launching all the time. Donât wait; care and support are available. ð #DementiaAwareness #medicare #dementiacare #caregivers #createarippl #aboutdamntime #LIVINGwithDementia

Big, big thanks to CEO Joanne Pike, DrPH, Katie Evans, Jennifer Rosen and the entire Alzheimer's Association®Team for the invite to highlight our Rippl partnership and results at the Alzheimer's Impact Movement's State Dementia Services Coordinator Summit in Washington, DC this week. An honor to share the stage with Florida's Secretary of Elder Affairs Michelle Branham learning about all of Florida's successes getting high quality dementia support to more patients and caregivers. Looking forward to bringing Rippl to the Sunshine State early next year... Great dementia care is built neighborhood-by-neighborhood by people who deeply understand and care about our unique patients and caregivers. It was genuinely electric to be in a room with the smartest, hardest working folks in dementia across 20+ states. A lot of work ahead, but WOW, this group of changemakers is making it happen, ensuring great dementia care is high on every state's priority list... So proud to be a part of this effort. #LIVINGwithdementia
