This free group provides the opportunity to give support to and receive support from those who are also navigating life while parenting while grieving the loss of someone dear to them. No matter the type of loss — spouse, child, anticipated or sudden — all grieving parents are welcome. Living with Loss through the Holidays workshop will be held at our offices at 9500 Medical Center Drive, Suite 250, Largo, Maryland. Designed for grieving adults and teens ages 15 and older and led by grief professionals, participants can join in group activities that help them find a way to honor the memory of their loved ones while still granting themselves permission to grieve. It will be held from 10 a.m. to noon, Saturday, Nov. 16. The cost is $10.
