In this segment on Good Morning Rochester, Debbie discusses the onset of menopause, which can begin in your mid-30s, bringing with it mood shifts, hot flashes, and night sweats. Women with certain health histories, such as smoking or cancer treatments, may see symptoms appear even sooner. It’s crucial to understand this process and explore options with your doctor, from supplements to hormone replacement therapy, to find what best supports you. • Finding the perfect caregiver for a loved one can be overwhelming. Here are some key steps to make the process a little easier: 1. Do your research – Look into agencies, read reviews, and ask for recommendations from trusted sources. 2. Interview potential caregivers – Prepare questions about their experience, certifications, and care approach. 3. Request background checks and references – Ensure the caregiver has a solid, reliable background. 4. Consider a trial period – See how they interact with your loved one before making a long-term commitment. It’s a tough decision, but finding someone who truly connects with your loved one is worth the time. 🤍 #CaregiverSupport #FamilyCare #SeniorCare #HappierAtHome
