Now that November is here, the FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse-II should be top of mind for any company employing commercial drivers. This new regulation will officially go into effect on November 18th. If any of your CDL/CPL drivers have "prohibited" statuses in the Clearinghouse, they must complete the DOT return-to-duty (RTD) process to avoid losing their commercial driving privileges. Learn about the steps involved in the process, how to conduct follow-up testing, and your DOT recordkeeping obligations in our RTD overview article: https://hubs.li/Q02W9TcP0 #dotcompliance #drugtesting #returntoduty #clearinghouseii
