Plus, sheâs been instrumental in recent successes like Walmart's award-winning "RomCommerce" 23-episodic series and the internet-breaking Mean Girls campaign.  As Nikki steps up to CEO, weâre bidding a grateful and fond farewell to Rocky Novak as he steps down as CEO to start a new adventure.
