  • 📢 Empower-ED at the 2024 Tulsa Equality Indicators Summit Our founder, Hieu Lê , attended the 2024 Tulsa Equality Indicators Summit today, joining fellow leaders committed to creating a more equitable Tulsa. As a nonprofit that supports and empowers Tulsa’s youth, this data is crucial to our mission. It informs our strategic planning and highlights the gaps where Empower-ED can provide essential support. In designing our programs, we focus on factors that impact our students’ futures, including high school graduation rates—which vary by income level, race, and English proficiency—as well as chronic absenteeism, postsecondary enrollment rates, and college attainment rates. By addressing these factors, we aim to create effective, supportive pathways for our students. Together, we’re excited to work toward a brighter and more equitable Tulsa tomorrow! 🌟 #EmpowerED #education4all #TulsaSummit #FutureLeaders #economicmobility
