In Case You Missed It: CREW Dallas welcomed our October keynote speaker, Tony Shidid, Chair of the Dallas City Plan Commission (CPC) and Partner at Tessa investments Inc. The discussion was moderated by Eliza Solender, President of Solender/Hall and Director of Origin Bank Corp. During our monthly industry luncheon, our membership learned about the inner workings of the CPC, Mr. Shidid’s personal experiences since being appointed in 2013, challenges and how to navigate the zoning process, parking in Dallas, and how CREW Dallas members can be in similar leadership positions in order to be decision makers in Dallas.
