What makes an electric cooperative different from other business models? For starters, an electric cooperative is not-for-profit. We provide electricity at the cost of service and return margins back to the membership in the form of capital credits. Members also have the opportunity to vote for the cooperative board and we are BIG on community. Connecting with our members and giving back are what makes an electric cooperative special. We're not just about electricity, we're about people! #ElectricCooperative #CORE #Colorado

Proud to be contributing to the invaluable missions of both AdventHealth Parker and SECOR Cares!
I was honored to join AdventHealth Parker at the SECOR Cares event this past weekend. SECOR Cares is a remarkable organization, positively impacting the lives of 3,000 families per week across Arapahoe, Elbert, and Douglas Counties through programs like Food for Thought, (which serves 35 local schools), SECOR for Seniors, and a Mobile Market. CORE Electric Cooperative is proud to stand behind this important work, contributing through both donations and volunteer opportunities for our employees. Itâs inspiring to see the difference that is made when people come together. #TheEnergytoThrive

CORE is proud to partner with The Best Bees Company to continue our sustainability efforts and enrich our service area.
Many companies struggle to make sustainability initiatives feel tangible and engaging for employeesâespecially when some or all of your team is remote. â¬ï¸ We're proving that bees are unexpected allies in this effort! Thanks to our Beekeeper Q&As, Keynotes with our CEO Noah Wilson-Rich, and even virtual hive tours, we're helping partners like CORE Electric Cooperative transform their employee perspectives on sustainability. These activities educate employees about the importance of pollinators and your local environment, but they also create emotional connections to sustainability goalsâoften leading to increased engagement and fresh ideas. Have you found unique ways to make sustainability tangible for your team? CORE is excited to provide Flexential with The Energy to Thrive! ð This project will be a significant economic driver to the community.
This week, we broke ground on our new Denver-Parker data center, adding 22.5 MW of additional capacity to meet the growing demands of AI-driven workloads and high-density computing. This expansion is a key part of our national growth strategy, reinforcing our commitment to delivering scalable, energy-efficient infrastructure solutions for businesses in Denver and across the country. Special thanks to Mayor Jeff Toborg, PMP of the Town of Parker, Colorado, T.J. Sullivan of the Parker Colorado - Chamber of Commerce & Foundation, Mandi Lesher, MBA of CORE Electric Cooperative, and all of our partners for making this project possible. This new facility will further enhance our FlexAnywhere platform, supporting the most demanding IT workloads and driving innovation for our customers. Weâre excited about what this means for the future of Flexential and the businesses we serve.
