    83% of software purchases are made by committees—not individuals. (Gartner) Buying committees are typically made up of 7 to 20 people 🤯 That's a lotttttt of stakeholders to manage. The typical ABM funnel isn't equipped to handle all of them. Here's the most common problem: 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝗔 converts on your website. You identify them as a target account and assign them to an AE. You schedule and hold a series of calls. 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝗕 from the same account converts on your website. They're assigned to a different AE, and a separate call is scheduled. You eventually realize that you have two AEs on the same account. The prospect gets reassigned. Thankfully, Form Concierge can solve this problem. Here's the TL;DR: 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟭: Create a Routing Rule that will put prospects into one of three possible groups: 1. An existing Lead in an existing Target Account 2. An existing Contact in an existing Target Account 3.
