ð¸ A glimpse into our recent West TN Legislative Bus Tour in Memphis, cohosted with the Tennessee Charter School Center! ð⨠It was a day filled with inspiring moments and powerful conversation, as we gathered with leaders dedicated to advancing educational opportunities for our communities. We brought together 42 inspiring leaders from our portfolio, united by a shared goal: to explore and share the powerful impact of character-driven practices that support adult flourishing in schools. Together, we discussed both the successes and the challenges that come with building a positive adult culture, creating space to collaborate and serve as thought partners for each other. From deep conversations to actionable insights, we left energized and equipped with new strategies to empower our teams and foster thriving environments for all. #CharterEducation #Charter #CharterSchools #Education #CharterGrowth #CSGF
