We joined forces to work on Rosalynnâs Way, a project dedicated to building four new single-family homes in West Philadelphia, contributing to the revitalization of the 40th Street corridor. From light demolition to sealing drafts on exterior walls and cutting beams, our team was hands-on in supporting Habitatâs mission to create safe and affordable housing. The new, 24,000 square-foot office merges function with aesthetic to effectively support CenterSquareâs staff and clientele after 30 years at their previous headquarters location. CenterSquareâs brand-new headquarters features a variety of workspaces, including private offices, workstations, conference rooms, and collaborative areas designed to support productivity and diverse work styles. Equipped with a centralized hub-style cafe, the office encourages employee interaction and fosters a sense of community among staff and clients. âCenterSquareâs Philadelphia headquarters created an exciting opportunity to blend functionality with design appeal to foster collaboration and community,â said Christopher Scarafile, Principal at Meyer. âBy maximizing natural light and integrating sophisticated design features, weâve created a dynamic and productive environment for staff and clients that embodies the CenterSquare brand.â Meyer worked closely with CenterSquare to develop a workplace that optimizes the spaceâs natural light, views of Conshohocken from the buildingâs seventh floor, and sightlines from the elevator lobby to the buildingâs exterior to cultivate an open, inviting atmosphere. Sophisticated design elements such as wood slat wall panels and decorative back-painted glass insets within the panel details in the lobby and reception areas create a professional and polished aesthetic upon entering the office and throughout the space. Open ceilings featuring ACT clouds and FilzFelt designs enhance the officeâs modern and airy environment. âMeyer brought our vision of creating an engaging and collaborative workplace to life,â said E.
