Got this note from a candidate ð . I loved the last line. So often when I failed my technical interviews, I would walk away annoyed that I forgotten to memorize an algorithm or "the trick" vs having any relevant feedback on my ability to do the job.

ð ICYMI: Last week, Byteboard posted some key findings from our quarterly review of assessment data and the results reaffirmed our founding mission: Providing every candidate with a fair platform to showcase their abilities, regardless of their background. Our latest data reaffirms Byteboardâs success in meetingâand frequently exceedingâthe Equal Employment Opportunity Commissionâs "four-fifths rule" for fairness, which calls for a ratio of 0.8 or higher across groups to demonstrate an unbiased and equitable process for all.
