For most people with Parkinson’s, tremor is not debilitating. However, a tremor is annoying. It also attracts attention, so many people tend to keep their bad hand in a pocket, or sit on it during conferences. The loss of neurons in the brain that use dopamine to communicate is one of the hallmark features of Parkinson’s disease (PD), causing slowness, stiffness, tremor, and balance problems.
