4 Reasons Your Subscription Customers Are Canceling: Even the best, most compelling subscription experiences lose a certain percentage of subscribers each month. In 2024, the average churn rate for subscriptions across all industries is 4.1% (according to Recurly). Churn is impossible to mitigate entirely (40% of US consumers in 2022 felt they had too many subscriptions). But it is possible to reduce. Is your product pricing easy enough to find on your DTC website? It may seem obvious, but weâve seen many sites with poor price transparency and visibility over our 15+ years in the industry. The price of your product is one of the most essential pieces of information your customer needs. And that means more than just the base price.
