In this spirit, our Veterans at Alliant employee resource group (ERG) is dedicated to fostering a deeper understanding of the veteran experience. Through this group, we strive to create a supportive, inclusive environment where we can learn from one another, share stories, and apply those lessons to continually improve our workplace and the communities we serve. November also marks National Veteran and Military Families month, and we extend our gratitude to the families of our veterans.
