If the business is yours, ask yourself if you’re willing to delegate more? As any company grows have a good look inside and see if you have the right people to grow with you. Think carefully of expanding if you have a team of newbies, they will take time to bed in. Expansion is not about taking a giant step, multiple small steps are more easily managed. Surround yourself with a small team of trusted, like minded people, they will be the difference between success or failure.
