Understanding co-workers needs and passions can be vital to inspire effort and create excellence in a stressful situation. Everybody has to be on deck every hand has to be active every counter has to be clean teamwork is the essential part everybody must work together crucial is important of the restaurant industry if the line is dirty somebody's got to sweep it if the dishwashers behind somebody's got to go help him or her if trash needs to be dumped somebody's got to pull it if sauces aren't coming out right take the time to slow down your cooking process whatever needs to be corrected to ensure the customer is satisfied and getting the same service that is the important so please work together give them your best and learn everything you can to be your best for the customer and culinary experience God bless

As anyone in this business understands, multiple fronts are coming at you, on all levels if you are the Boss. Looking ahead, again on all fronts is a key to longevity in this business. Entrepreneurship..even if you don't Own the company, better own up on what you do. Be that stakeholder. Impart motivation on your teams growth. Explain the why's! Why this..why that! Every segment has differences..who is your buying audience. Play to them, not yourself. Create great results, plan events with purpose, and add in the wow factor. Give folks a visual punch that they may have not seen before. Be consistent across the board. Avoid favoritism, spread the wealth.

A great step is to remind them to stay open-minded! That ingredient you didn’t love as a kid? Maybe it just needed to be prepared in a way that resonates with you now. Encourage students to explore different cuisines and restaurant styles—be fearless. These experiences don’t just shape their palate but also make them more adaptable and creative chefs. Testing, trying, and experimenting daily will build a catalogue of knowledge they can reference for the rest of their careers as they progress in the industry.
