As a Business Systems Analyst at Spectrum, I do 3 things to juggle multiple deadlines and stakeholders: 1. Prioritize value for the end consumer. Since we work in an agile setup, I make sure that the feature released in every iteration provides the most value to the customer. When the value is not clear, I convince the team with arguments supported by data points and qualitative feedback 2. I use power-interest matrix to communicate with all stakeholders. This includes understanding their preferred mode of communication whether itâs call, emails or IMs 3. Lastly, I negotiate between stakeholders with different interests by creating win-win situations. Here, I again use data points to communicate value for the end customer.

Identify strengths of those on your team and delegated tasks appropriately. This helps to eliminate delays, and burnout. Determine and categorize which tasks are urgent versus important. Address the tasks that are both urgent and important. Then move on to the tasks that are important but not urgent. Using project management tools help with efficiency. Keep the lines of communication open and advise stakeholders of your progress, and need for any extensions.
