First thing is to have a F2F meet and understand why changes are happening frequently. Examine them along with the client to identify if those are really needed. Also try providing adequate solutions to meet the requirements. Parallelly have discussion with inhouse stakeholders and aligned them meeting client needs.
Moreover not to affect the project financially, take a separate discussion with the client on amending the project contract and provide the cost claim wherever necessary.
