First have to make one to one discussions with the team. Thereafter, if required, call upon all team members at one place, discuss the issue, reiterate the SOPs and process.This will help to find the suitable solution and it will also help build cohesion among team members.

I think it is important to admit that humans are prone to errors and this may cause a diversity of conflicts in a work place, which may consequently affect quality delivery of projects. However, we must endeavor to be human sponges by understanding the nature of conflicts at play to determine what the root cause could be. Using a participatory tool under the Gender Action and Learning System (GALS) methodology such as Challenge Action Tree or Problem Tree Analysis would help determine the root cause of the problem. Then in response, applying laid down policies such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) or Service Level Agreement (SLAs) would help in solving such problems.

Allow each member to state their view or challenge. 2 ) Find common ground 3) Brain storm resolutions 4) Chose top 3 suggestions 5) Interrogate each suggestion - Pros/Cons 6) Conclude on the solution with the highest pros, i.e most value adding approach to team and company ( Win-Win) solution.

Throughout, I'd remain impartial, foster a positive atmosphere, and address conflicts promptly to prevent escalation, ensuring the team emerges stronger, aligned, and committed to delivering high-quality outcomes.
