I like Eisenhower Matrix, It use it to organize priorities in my personal and professional life. It based on two criteria: urgency and importance. 1. Urgent and Important: my priority task to be done immediately 2. Urgent but Not Important: to delegate it or postpone it 3. Important but Not Urgent: Schedule it. 4. Neither Urgent nor Important: Eliminate or ignore it.
