5 Know your delivery

The way you deliver your presentation can have a huge impact on how your audience perceives you and your message. You should practice your presentation several times, preferably in front of someone who can give you constructive feedback. You should also record yourself and watch your performance. Pay attention to your voice, body language, eye contact, and gestures. Try to speak clearly, confidently, and enthusiastically. Avoid filler words, such as um, ah, or like. Use pauses, emphasis, and variation to create interest and suspense.

6 Know how to handle questions

One of the most challenging parts of a presentation is dealing with questions from your audience. You should anticipate some possible questions and prepare answers for them. You should also have a strategy for handling unexpected or difficult questions. For example, you can repeat or rephrase the question, ask for clarification, admit if you don't know the answer, or refer to another source. You should also thank the questioner and invite more questions or comments.
