Acknowledging cultural differences and diversity is the most important aspect to consider when relating, creating or producing any thing or piece of art. Entertainment can be specific to a particular ethnicity depending on the theme or it can be as inclusive as possible when it comes to global themes.

I agree with the contributions noted on this post. However, even if one does all of these things, some will still be resistant for whatever reason. I try to also treat people how I like to be treated, with respect and kindness. We are people first above all else.

Differences exist - and we are all aware of it. But we often forget by what factors we can be different, and the list of these cognitive, psychological, social and emotional components is quite long. It would not be bad to make some of these components aware before a meeting intended to resolve a conflict.

Consider that trust is built differently for different people. Some emphasize reliability; others emphasize openness. Observe others and how they seek to build trust. Think of it as their love language of trust. Clues will be found in how they speak about interactions. "This person shows up on time, they get things done, I can count on them;" may be contrasted with someone who values "They know how to listen, they appreciated that I was vulnerable, I liked how they shared how they were feeling." If you try to build trust with someone who values reliability over openness you may fall short by sharing feelings over getting tasks done and vice versa. Listen for trust love languages and speak to them in their trust love language.

It begins with the acceptance. Most of the time we try avoiding or downplaying it. So accept, understand, identify the real causes and then build a framework around it so that you not only resolve it now but prevent its future occurrences as well

Identity is part of the human understanding of what it is to live and, in a certain way, be accepted. It also plays a role in a conflict.

Remember how you normally react in conflict situations. Analyze several of these situations and consider what emotions arise in these situations and what behaviors result. This will be a great first step in managing your emotions.

Solutions to conflict situations often rest on compromise, and compromise by its very definition means that each of the parties gains something, but also loses something. Make sure that both you and the other party are okay with each of these components, because only such solutions are effective.

Creating a safe space for open and honest communication where individuals are encouraged and feel comfortable expressing their perspectives without fear of judgment or reprisal is a critical step. Additionally, encouraging individuals to reflect on their own biases and assumptions, can foster personal growth and a deeper understanding of how identity influences perceptions and behaviors.
