One of the things I've always lived by is to plan what you can. The more things you have planned, the easier it is to roll with constantly changing priorities. Secondly, track as much data as you can. It can help to slow things down if things aren't working, or if you're not allowing enough time to test the new priority and gather data before leadership gets fixated on a new one.

Work with it. This way you are learning new things also. Look at it like you’re not stuck in a rut not going to be totally bored.
