Keep your composure, remember there is always a community guideline to follow, break it and you will be at a disadvantage. Be firm, respectful and speak accurately to the point while trying to maintain professional, as it goes a very long way. A community is there to be objectively fun as a group and, so keeping issues to be rectified in an objective manner is needed while remembering the cohesion aspect is what makes a community strong.
