When it comes to feedback, ask yourself these critical questions - Why are you giving it? When should you give it? What kind of feedback are you giving? How are you giving it? How would you like to receive it? What kind should you avoid giving? What do you do with feedback you've received? When you understand the importance of intent, approach, attitude, delivery and acceptance, you'll realize feedback is a gift.

Animation! Production! Chaos! Ahgghhhh!?!?! Fear not, for I am here to help, and you are in safe hands. If you don't believe me, then simply take my surname and re-jiggle the words: Amin > Anim. That's right! And now add 'ation' onto the end of 'Anim' and you have 'Animation'. So, the word 'Animation' was clearly based on my surname Amin. This is why I am now taking every (yes, every) animation project that has ever been created to court for using my name as part of their marketing. So yes, there will be chaos and I will have my vengeance! All will know that behind every animation project was Amin! I'll see you all in court. Hit the 'Like' button if you are made of organic matter!

You need to fix the SOPs for feedback. It could be 2 or 3 rounds of feedback to bound all the stakeholders to provide maximum feedback. 1st round should be for detailed feedback and in 2nd round there should be 60% space for comments about old feedback which was not addressed or partially addressed and 40% for new creative feedback and 3rd round should be only for those comments which were missed or not addressed in previous passes. Try to use syncsketch for animation review to get detailed and accurate feedback.

Streamlining feedback in animation production is key to staying on schedule and avoiding unnecessary revisions. Using centralized platforms like Frame.io allows for efficient feedback collection and organization, while providing clear guidelines ensures feedback is relevant at each stage. Batch feedback sessions, instead of handling one-off comments, save time and improve focus. Visual markups help clarify points faster, and setting defined review cycles keeps the process structured. By prioritizing high-impact revisions and maintaining open dialogue, teams can enhance collaboration, reduce delays, and optimize production time effectively.
