You also get real time feedback and you can change quickly what needs to be changed. Also this method will help you to speed up the merging process.

Some ways to consider: - GITHUB is really helpful in doing the peer review by always keeping your branch as protected branch. This way if the code is change in the branch other than master branch, 1 reviewer has to approve the change before it gets merged into the qa branch. This helps in Collaborating well and helps you perform thorough review before approving the merge .

There are tools which can be set on CI. If you miss something, your build will fail when creating the pull request. But it doesn't mean that you have to ignore reviewing your code before creating a pull request.
