These could be government actors, religious actors among others in case they are not the ones spearheading the resolution process. One more actor is the belligerents themselves, be it the refugees or their enemies. They should assist in shaping the peace process to suit themselves because it is for their good. At the early stages..even before conflict is identified ...specially where; minority communities live, vulnerable communities (due to location, gender, colour, economic opportunities etc)..informing these communities , that refugee due conflict or otherwise Will require the individual/family or groups to , firstly adopt and respect the host community culture...this is why we have backlash in europe and other host cities/countries.....

It is the beliefs and assumptions that divide cultures. In one example it would be beneficial to look at how the conflict reshaped the lives of the belligerents/refugees economically, socially et al. What material things did they lose, the number of friends, neighbours and even relatives they lost in the conflict. The sources of livelihood they lost as this would mean that as refugees they would mostly be 'doing nothing'. How the refugees feel about the events that occurred in the process that led to their present status is key. Even their participation in killing of their 'enemies' who are fellow humans needs attention.
