At EGN, we've adapted to the post-pandemic landscape by innovating our peer group meetings. Now, we alternate between 3-hour in-person sessions one month and 1-hour virtual gatherings the next. Previously, our meetings were 4 hours every second month, but we've shifted to more frequent touchpoints. This approach not only ensures regular engagement but also offers flexible options to accommodate different preferences and schedules. I stay in touch with people who are interesting, who I admire, who I like, and those with different perspectives. SHOW UP TO GROW UP. Define your purpose, and start showing up. Join those specific online communities and you'll see that more people inside the similar industry will start engaging with you. Donot hesitate to reach out to these people for help. When I started my MBA, it was all online for the first 6 months, hence speaking up in online meetings helped me grow my network and helped me boost my confidence.
