Recomendaría que se mantenga una reunión previa en la cual se explique el proceso, establezcan metas claras, prioridades y se delegue responsabilidades a cada integrante del equipo, como líder de eventos es importante mantener una comunicación activa entre las partes lo que permite aclarar dudas y evitar errores a futuro, también es primordial tener claro el cronograma del evento minuto a minuto lo cual ayudará al éxito del mismo.

Quando um líder desenvolve seu time, ele precisa confiar nele. E isso vai além da confiança naquela pessoal profissional que você treinou, tem a ver com a confinaça no seu próprio trabalho e desenvolvimento de pessoas sob sua gestão.
