El proceso de desarrollo comunitario inicial de San Crisanto, a partir del ejido, sin duda la piedra angular que ha permitido lograr avances sustanciales en lo económico en lo social y en lo ambiental; se logra cuando se tuvo capacidad de asegurar alimento, vivienda y trabajo y a partir de 1995 tras el embate de huracanes 1988, 1995, y en el 2002 nos obligaron a tomar acciones relativas a recuperar el entorno ambiental y en este caso pudo iniciar la restauración de los manglares pertenecientes al ejido San Crisanto. Esta acción tomada por voluntad propia sin recursos externos y con la aportación del trabajo personal, sin remuneración, sin duda generar un vínculo fraternal entre la naturaleza y los habitantes de San Crisanto.

It’s natural to be passionate about the vision you’ve devised and to want to run headlong into sharing it with your team and your partners. But taking time to craft how you communicate that vision can be the difference between enthusiastic buy-in/alignment and confusion. As Einstein said, ““If you can't explain it simply, you don't understand it well enough.” Slow down and give the process of crafting your messaging the effort and care it deserves. Then revise it a few times, focusing on clarity and simplicity – key tenets, desired outcomes, etc. Not only will this aid in conveying your vision but will likely also help you hone and sharpen it further.

La restauración hidrológica del manglar iniciada de 1995, fue un parteaguas en la costa, yucateca acción sin precedentes, pero con una idea muy clara recuperar la funcionalidad del manglar a partir de un área que aporta agua, refugia aves peces reptiles y a partir de esta biodiversidad, nos dimos cuenta que era necesario saber cuál era la calidad y la cantidad de recursos naturales que forman parte de su entorno para determinar su posibilidad de fortalecer, recuperar y aprovechar en su caso, buscando que los habitantes de San Crisanto tuvieran una oportunidad complementaria para mejorar su calidad de vida respecto de las actividades tradicionales que se desarrollan en la comunidad, como lo es la pesca, la producción de cocos y la sal.

As a moderator, balance the positive and negative inputs to create a weighted score, guiding the potential for new actions. This approach ensures a comprehensive evaluation and innovative solutions.

In my experience, if you’re not, at-least, working as hard as the rest of your team, over time you will lose their respect. Human beings in general are constantly keeping tabs on what others are doing. The concept of meritocracy is ingrained into us over thousands of years and no amount of creative delegation or skill tops standing shoulder to shoulder with your employees. Leading by example is the key to loyalty, especially over a long term.

I would like to add that leading be example is the most important factor to have a commitment vision in an organization. Productivity and efficiency are connected to an encouraging leadership. Having beautiful slogans, adopting the latest technologies and methodologies, having MIT and fancy college graduates as leaders do not suppose an immediate formula to success. This means nothing if the organisation is not connected from high management to the people doing the work. Lessons learned are important, but is most important to be connected, to understand the common vision and to constantly work to in promoting training for giving the people the right skills to execute their jobs, that is the key element in the leadership journey.

Identify the shared goal to encourage alignment. Remind your colleagues of their "why" to encourage passion and buy-in. Ask for your teams input and ideas so they also contribute to the vision. Remember to be open and flexible in your approach while embracing servant leadership qualities like humility. Consider adjusting your vision based on the feedback you receive and make room to implement other ways to incorporate staff recommendations. The more diverse your team is, the better the vision. Don't be so arrogant to believe your way is the right or only way.

Visual aids, such as diagrams or presentations, can enhance understanding. Encourage open communication by inviting feedback and addressing concerns. Demonstrate commitment through your actions and decisions, showing that you are dedicated to the vision. Regularly revisit and reinforce the vision in team meetings and updates to keep it top of mind. By fostering a shared sense of purpose, you'll motivate and unify your team towards achieving the vision.
