Instead of considering an optimization problem involving many suppliers, you consider only one first. The resulting formulation is clearly easier to read. If a problem takes too long to optimize, consider reducing the problem size (periods, types of goods, ...) or taking out some constraints. You might be able to identify the culprit of the computational issue. If a problem is infeasible, you use functions like computeIIS() in GUROBI to identify the initial list of troubling constraints. You might use logic or trial-and-error by taking out constraints one by one to find the root cause. No matter which situation you are in, it is always vital to remember to turn the problem into multiple smaller parts for investigation.

The Pomodoro technique is one way to reduce burnout. While 'flow states' or working for hours at a time "in the zone" can lead to "eureka," they can also contribute to exhaustion and are not long-term sustainable. In terms of mental health, for depression, look into a cognitive behavioral therapy called Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), and for anxiety and panic, look into the DARE response. To nurture your mind, balance yourself and your lifestyle, eat nutrient-dense & high-quality food (e.g., wild-caught salmon, steel-cut oats), and sleep sufficiently (e.g., 7.5 hours with no interruptions, 8.5 with one interruption). Lastly, exercising outside with greenery (walks, bicycling) helps the mind destress! So much more to be said here...
