Before we go about implementing any kind of trust-building or collaboration exercise, I believe the first step would be to get a better understanding of the nature (mindset, even) of these executives and the extent of diversity. The Reference Point for "Trust" can be very different, for different people, and only after we know what these are, should we attempt any Trust-building approach. Collaboration, on the other hand, is simplerbto handle, as processes and methodologies can be set up, using even technology tools, to ensure that this goes off smoothly. Each team member doesn't "have" to like (or even agree) with the others, in order to be able to either Trust them, or Collaborate with them.
