Realizing what the problem is. Experience is a great help with fixing problem. Often problem arises with one participant is lacking bandwidth. I ask them to go to browser & type in â€œWhatâ€™s my speedâ€. Very quickly you can determine if it is problem or if you need to look elsewhere.
