There is actually no shortcut or easy solution to this. However, one can always try the following:
1. Create to do list for all projects
2. Check regularly its progress
3. Coordinate changes with team members
4. Always keep a back up plan just in case something goes wrong.
5. Seek help to navigate changes if necessary to meet deadlines.
6. Re-order time management based on deadlines and priorities.

When managing multiple priorities and unexpected changes, flexibility and clear planning are crucial. Reassessing the impact of each change on the schedule, particularly on the critical path, helps identify the most sensitive areas of the project. Tools like the Eisenhower Matrix or MoSCoW technique aid in effective prioritization, classifying tasks by urgency and importance. MS Project helps adjust the schedule and allocate resources efficiently. Continuous communication and tracking through KPIs ensure that the project maintains its pace, even amid uncertainties.
