Make sure these goals are SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound). For instance, in one of my leadership roles, I led a project to improve customer satisfaction. By setting a specific target to reduce response time by 20% within six months, we were able to stay focused and motivated. Regularly review and adjust these goals as needed, and celebrate milestones to keep the team engaged.
