This might be controversial but I don't suggest you change your values to meet the market. Change your market to meet your values. Marketing yourself isn't like a product. We can't just adapt ourselves to be different like a soft drink or fast food chain. In fact, I would argue that most brands shouldn't change their values either - just look at New Coke, Mcdonald's salads, Bud Light beer and now Jaguar for brands that tried to change too much in a short time and destroyed their hard-earned brand equity. We are the same. Be more you, find your niche and work with that, rather than change every year to suit your market.
