To manage scope creep in animation, set clear project boundaries and communicate them early. Prioritize key tasks, and use agile methods to adapt without losing focus. Regularly review progress with clients to ensure changes align with the timeline and quality standards.
For managing scope creep in animation project, the first thing is setting clear boundaries of what has to be expected in what timeline. When a project begins it looks easy & people generally take it easy to finish tasks. Though the production takes care of progress but its not that serious. This is the small sign to face scope creep. As time passes things start getting difficult as deadline shrinks. So most important is to prioritize difficult tasks first while starting the project. Assign all tasks which needs more attention to detail & which might consume more time. Keep track of it regularly. Even if few days are delayed, it can be adjusted as we are giving time to difficult things. Then assign the easier ones & get it delivered on time.
