In my opinion calmness is the key for the professionalism. IT Consultant and clients have a common goal of generating quality solutions and thoroughly solving customer problems. What we need to do is to clearly state the common goals and have effective communication so that both sides can understand. Additionally, an equally important thing is flexibility. Being flexible to adapt to situations, understanding customers and solving customer problems in a reasonable and thorough way will be the factor that makes customers satisfied. Once customers persuaded, everything will be easier.
