Usually, there is not much of a difference between competing products as far as functionality is concerned. Everyone offers similar functionality. It is the Ux that differs and some products are simply great because of Ux. We all love apple products for the simplicity and experience.
Ux has to not about technology but principles followed in the organization. It is about the philosophy of what matters to you. User should be the center. Recently I read about the F16 and Mig Fighter planes. MIG fighter planes were superior on functionality parameters. But the pilots of the F16's were more responsive due to the Ux. Understand the User and develop the product with negligible friction to delight the customers.

In my opinion, every technology comes with its own set of advantages and disadvantages, so itâs crucial to define your product's priorities in terms of user experience (UX) from the start. Ask yourself: what is most important for your productâs UX, and what comes next? These priorities should be established based on thorough market research, user segment analysis, and direct feedback from user surveys. When working in agile development or iterative cycles, it's beneficial to choose flexible technologies that have fewer limitations and can adapt easily to evolving requirements, ensuring continuous improvement in user experience.

When improving user experience, choosing the right technology approach revolves around simplicity, available resources, and understanding the user persona.
1. Simplicity
The technology should be intuitive and easy to use. Users should focus on their tasks, not figuring out the interface.
2. Available Options
Work within your budget and resources, choosing technology that is practical and effective. The best solutions don't always require the most advanced techâjust the right one.
3. User Persona
Know your users. Ensure the technology fits their needs, making them feel comfortable and empowered. Tailoring UX to different personas ensures a personalized experience.
