There is an adage about queuing which is that people don't mind that they may have to queue for a long time as long as they know in advance how long they will have to queue for. Many businesses fail to set expectations clearly with customers due to a fear of upsetting them but in reality, it will gain you much more trust and credibility in the long term to set realistic expectations and deliver on those reliably. There is also nothing wrong with resetting expectations if you are unable to meet the original deadlines. Your customers will appreciate the honesty and your staff will thank you for the breathing space to get the work done. Transparency and timely communication are the key.

It is important to baseline whether or not to expectations are achievable. If they are not, it is better to establish a realistic plan up front rather than agreeing to an overly ambitious timeline or plan and then letting the customer down at the 11th hour.

Conforme colocado anteriormente no item 2, realizamos feedbacks individuais a cada 3 meses e mensalmente uma reunião com a equipe completa para ouvir ideias de todos os colaboradores.
