3 Analyze the gaps

The third step is to analyze the gaps or discrepancies between your current level of analytical skills and the desired or expected level. You can use a SWOT analysis (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats) to identify your areas of improvement, as well as your areas of excellence. 4 Set the goals

The fourth step is to set the goals or objectives that you want to achieve to improve your analytical skills. You can also use the reflection cycle to identify the lessons learned, the challenges faced, and the opportunities for further improvement.
