In educational reform, smaller class sizes are like magic potions for students' learning. Teacher skills and resources play a big role too. So, when we talk about making classes smaller, we've got to think about the whole picture to make sure it really works its wonders.

Everyone gets a chance to speak and join in activities, which makes learning more exciting and easier to understand. This can make it harder for kids to stay interested and really understand what they’re learning. So, having smaller classes can make learning better and more enjoyable for everyone.

In my experience a small class 10-15 in pre-kinder, elementary, middle and high school is optimal for critical thinking learning; however, due to costs 20-25 students will work, if they use cooperative learning. Seminars in University require small classes, never more than 15, in order to have good discussions.
