1 Clarify your vision

5 Support your team

Your team will not follow your vision if they do not have the resources, skills, and motivation to do so. As a leader, you need to support your team and help them overcome any obstacles or challenges they may face. Provide them with the necessary tools, training, and feedback to perform their tasks and achieve their goals. Recognize and reward their efforts and achievements, and celebrate their progress and successes. Show them how their work contributes to your vision and makes a difference.

6 Review your vision

Your vision is not a static or fixed statement, but a dynamic and flexible one. As your program evolves and adapts to changing circumstances, needs, and opportunities, your vision may also need to be revised and updated. As a leader, you need to review your vision regularly and check if it is still relevant, effective, and inspiring. Ask your team for their feedback and input, and involve them in any changes or adjustments you may make. Keep your team informed and engaged with your vision and its evolution.
