Satu hal usulan saya mengenai penelitian perusahaan sangat penting adalah "home work"sebelum melakukan wawancara, karena ini sangat menentukan yang diwawancara mengetahui dan tahu benar kondisi,proses dan kemana arah perusahaan kedepan, mungkin dalam cara pandang saya akan lebih mudah memberikan waktu kepada customer untuk menceritakan "success story" hingga perusahaan tersebut bisa seperti sekarang ini, dapat merangkum 1-5 poin dalam satu informasi , tinggal disamakan dengan data yg telah disiapkan/dipelajari sebelumnya.sehingga kita bisa tahu lebih dalam.

Na minha percepção, a estratégia consiste na arte de identificar, construir e alocar vantagens. Dessa forma é crucial ter um bom repertório de frameworks para identificar vantagens (SWOT, 5 Forças de Porter, Matriz BCG, etc). Em ambiente empresarial é importante identificar em quais linhas do DRE e DFC cada área pode agregar valor. Após saber onde está o valor, é fundamental criar alternativas para ampliá-lo explorando opções criativas passando por novas tecnologia, mercados, formas de contratação, processos, fornecedores, entre outros. Por fim,é crucial partir para a ação! Estratégia só tem valor se colocada em prática! Por isso, capriche na comunicação sobre como criar um bom ambiente de gestão da mudança para capturar o valor encontrado!
