In reading the LA TIMES March 21, 2024, an article mentions the necessity of humans in AI, still. Talks about AI needing assistance by feeding them humanized processes and thoughts. One interesting part was how technology experts (one IT person who got laid off recently), felt that having a business degree and customer service operations experience is essential today, to focus on business; to combining and feed AI to its fullest capacity and to influence AI towards better outcomes, therefore, a tech person or scientist, data analyst…it is not all about tech, it requires ethics and humans, highly needed! My view: I agree. Not about the layoff though. Emotional Intelligence of how people, think, react, and process---A collaborative era.
