Its simple!! Every time I feel the weight of doubt, whether from others or even my own mindâI go back to the reasons I started. The excitement of bringing something new to life, the endless hours spent brainstorming ideas, and those moments of clarity where everything seemed to fall into place. Itâs not that Iâm always 100% certain, but rather that Iâve come to accept the uncertainty as part of the journey. My vision is a work in progress, a part of me that grows stronger with every step forward. I donât need everyone to believe in it, I just need to believe enough to keep moving. Because in the end, the journey is mine, and Iâd rather take that path with faith than regret missing the chance to see it through.

Staying confident in your entrepreneurial vision, even when others doubt, comes down to grounding yourself in your âwhyâ and staying connected to your purpose. For me, that âwhyâ is to help women succeed as entrepreneurs and to make sure they know theyâre never alone. On days when I feel the weight of othersâ doubts, I remind myself of the impact I want to make and the real stories of women Iâve helped along the way.

Visualize the End Goal Daily: Take a few minutes each day to vividly imagine your ultimate success. This practice strengthens your conviction and helps you push through obstacles. Transform Doubts into Fuel: Rather than letting doubts discourage you, use them as motivation. Each doubt can be reframed as a reason to prove yourself right rather than others wrong. Build a "Proof of Progress" Journal: Regularly document any progress, lessons learned, and positive feedback. Looking back on these small wins and growth points reinforces your journeyâs forward momentum. Remember: "Confidence grows from within; when you nurture it, even doubt becomes a stepping stone."

It is all about remembering your 'why'. Why did you start this journey? What is the purpose? This strong 'why' should be enough to make you stay confident in your vision and keep going. In addition, it is important to believe in yourself and your journey. Surround yourself with positive mentors, keep learning, and remember that setbacks and criticism are part of growth. Although feedback is important and essential for growth, you shouldn't take advice from someone who isn't leading the life you want to lead.

I'd say that confidence comes from seeing trends, cycles, and setbacks over time, and knowing that perseverance often outlasts doubt. With each passing decade, you learn that most breakthroughs come when you're just about ready to quit. Staying true to your vision is less about blocking out doubt and more about embracing the ups and downs as essential steps. When you've seen enough wins and losses you understand that faith in your mission must run deeper than the opinions of others.
